Return/Refund Policy

Follow instructions for use, refund will not be granted for any misuse of product or damage

due to negligence.

Refund or replacement will be provided for product damaged during shipping with photo evidence.

​

Excessive concentration of pellets can damage plants due to high nitrogen content.

Excessive concentration of pellets can prevent adequate drainage.

​

Do not allow packaging to get wet. Product wetted before use could be damaged. Pellets will retain moisture, refund is not applicable to over saturation. 

Mold can occur with improper management and will not warrant a refund.

Always wear gloves while handling materials and wash hands after handling. 

This is a wool product, we are not responsible for allergic reactions. Allergic reactions

will not warrant a refund.

Pellets used as mulch can prevent seed growth and should be added around established plants to suppress weeds or mixed into the soil. To dense of a layer of pellets on soil surface could prevent or delay germination of desired seeds.
